ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and T-Mobile Nederland rent 28,000 m² of office space in the Square 58 building at Wisselwerking 58 in Diemen. DRS brokers advised T-Mobile Netherlands in the realization of this transaction.
In 2020, De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) will move to its temporary premises in the Toorop building. Here, DNB will occupy approximately 23,000 m² of office space. The current office at Westeinde will be thoroughly renovated.
