Patrick Kok

Valuer

After studying real estate and marketing, Patrick started working as a broker/valuer at DTZ Zadelhoff. He joined DRS Makelaars as an independent appraiser in 2011. His focus has been on real estate valuations for over 20 years. In addition to the valuation of offices, shops and business premises, he likes to get stuck into complex valuation challenges. Valuing a hospital or a castle with an estate and all the special objects surrounding it are missions that he carries out with pleasure. He is also repeatedly called upon by lawyers to advise on valuation issues.

Romy van Houten

Team assistant

After her Media, Information and Communication studies, Romy held various positions in marketing and logistics. During this period, she learned to work in a solution-oriented, customer-friendly and service-oriented manner. Within DRS, together with the administrative staff, she is responsible for supporting the real estate team. Romy is a star at organising and arranging and she ensures that everything runs smoothly internally.

Martijn Wolbers

Deskfinder

Martijn Wolbers has been active in financial services for 12 years. He made the move to commercial real estate in 2014. Martijn was co-founder of the online office platform WehaveAnyspace. After the sell-off in early 2019 and a short sabbatical, Martijn started at Deskfinder, He is co-responsible for the online results and the associated sales. Martijn sees plenty of challenges and opportunities in the rapidly changing market and in new hybrid work.
