DRS Makelaars advises De Nederlandsche Bank on 23,000 m² lease

In 2020, De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) will move to its temporary premises in the Toorop building. Here, DNB will occupy approximately 23,000 m² of office space. The current office at Westeinde will be thoroughly renovated.

REDEPT conducted the lease negotiations with DNB on behalf of Nationale-Nederlanden, the main tenant of the property.
