A total of approximately 359 sq. m LFA is located in the lower ground floor.

The spaces will be renovated by the landlord. The delivery condition will be determined in consultation with the tenant. If desired, the spaces can be connected via an internal staircase.

The ground floor space has its own entrance and excellent visibility from the bustling Stadhouderskade. This makes it an ideal space in which to work, meet and gather. About the property
This purpose-built, mid-century office building, measuring approximately 4,650 square metres, broke new ground when it was unveiled by celebrated Dutch architects Benjamin Merkelbach and Mart Stam in 1957. The building — nicknamed the Glass House — has since been completely refurbished to meet the demands of a new era of commerce, while retaining its original Mad Men-era charm, its scattering of balconies and the glass curtain wall that floods the interior with natural light.
