Thomas has more than 25 years' experience in real estate. After studying law and a career as office manager at DTZ Zadelhoff, he joined DRS in 2001, where he has been CEO since 2011. Thomas has turned DRS into a well-oiled team that performs at top level both nationally and internationally. Thomas specialises in anticipating market developments and seizing the opportunities they create.

Maarten combined his studies of Management, Economics and Law in Groningen, specialising in Real Estate. He started his career at DTZ Zadelhoff in Zwolle and was co-founder and owner of 10HOOG Bedrijfsmakelaars. Maarten joined DRS in 2015 in the role of Senior Advisor, specialising in the leasing and rental of office space. Maarten has an extremely broad network and has been a trusted face at DRS for many years.
