Thomas van der Heijden

CEO

Thomas has more than 25 years' experience in real estate. After studying law and a career as office manager at DTZ Zadelhoff, he joined DRS in 2001, where he has been CEO since 2011. Thomas has turned DRS into a well-oiled team that performs at top level both nationally and internationally. Thomas specialises in anticipating market developments and seizing the opportunities they create.

Joost van Vonderen

Deskfinder

After studying at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam, Joost started his career at office space specialist WehaveAnyspace in 2016. He held various positions there and had a broad orientation. In September 2021, Joost started at DRS where he is jointly responsible for the successful online office platform Deskfinder.

Max Haanraadts

Real estate advisor

Max, born and raised in Amsterdam, has extensive contacts and knows the city like the back of his hand. During his Business Administration studies at Inter College Business School, Max worked in the hospitality industry and had a small events company. After graduating, he started in the rental team at Savills and discovered the world of commercial real estate. Max has been with DRS since 2020. His focus is on leasing and rental. But Max will also concentrate on the purchasing and sales of mid-cap investments. The diversity, freedom and independence that DRS demands from him suit him particularly well.
