Bas van der Heijden

Real estate advisor

Bas studied at the Hogere Hotelschool in Amsterdam. He knows better than anyone how hospitality can be found in every industry and how you can make a difference with the right service. After his studies, he started working in the advertising industry at the leading agency TBWA\Neboko, where he supervised projects for Albert Heijn. Since October 2021, Bas has been one of the new faces in the DRS team. Bas specialises in renting and leasing office space.

Yanti Rabelink

Real Estate Advisor

Since September 2023, Yanti has been working at DRS Makelaars as a Senior Real Estate Advisor, Investments & Leasing. In this role, she is active in both leasing and investment activities, focusing on the acquisition, sale, and leasing of commercial real estate. Prior to joining DRS Makelaars, Yanti worked at G&S Vastgoed, where she was part of the commercial team. There, she was involved in acquisitions as well as the leasing and sale of both new and existing developments. Before that, she worked at JLL, where she successfully advised clients on both leasing and sales transactions. Yanti holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Groningen and a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Amsterdam.

Thomas van der Heijden

CEO

Thomas has more than 25 years' experience in real estate. After studying law and a career as office manager at DTZ Zadelhoff, he joined DRS in 2001, where he has been CEO since 2011. Thomas has turned DRS into a well-oiled team that performs at top level both nationally and internationally. Thomas specialises in anticipating market developments and seizing the opportunities they create.
