Feeling for real estate

Bas van der Heijden
Real estate advisor
Bas studied at the Hogere Hotelschool in Amsterdam. He knows better than anyone how hospitality can be found in every industry and how you can make a difference with the right service. After his studies, he started working in the advertising industry at the leading agency TBWA\Neboko, where he supervised projects for Albert Heijn. Since October 2021, Bas has been one of the new faces in the DRS team. Bas specialises in renting and leasing office space.
Frederik Muller
Real estate advisor
Frederik joined Propertize in 2013 after studying Business Administration at Nyenrode Business University. This is where he specialised in (distressed) real estate financing. Subsequently, he became responsible for the divestment of distressed commercial real estate at Link Asset Services. Frederik then made the move to DRS in 2019 as Senior Real Estate Advisor. In his current role, Frederik is active in both the purchasing and leasing and the purchasing and sales of commercial real estate.
Martijn Wolbers
Deskfinder
Martijn Wolbers has been active in financial services for 12 years. He made the move to commercial real estate in 2014. Martijn was co-founder of the online office platform WehaveAnyspace. After the sell-off in early 2019 and a short sabbatical, Martijn started at Deskfinder, He is co-responsible for the online results and the associated sales. Martijn sees plenty of challenges and opportunities in the rapidly changing market and in new hybrid work.
