The Mondriaan Tower is located directly on the river Amstel, at Amstelplein 6 in Amsterdam. The office tower occupies a high-quality and striking location and comprises a total of approx. 24.871 m² of lettable office space, spread over 30 floors. With a height of 120 metres, the Mondriaan Tower is a true icon which, together with the Rembrandttoren and the Breitnertoren, contributes to the Amsterdam skyline.

Location
The Mondriaan Tower enjoys an exceptionally good location, directly next to Amsterdam Amstel station, near the A10 ring road, directly on the river Amstel and close to Amsterdam city centre. Numerous amenities are located near the Mondriaan Tower, such as sports facilities (including SUP and canoe rental, Sportcity), restaurants (including Blooker, Ode aan de Amstel, George Marina, Dauphine) and hotels (including Meininger Hotel, Hotel V).

Several large, renowned organisations have their offices in Amstel/Omval. These include major tech companies such as Uber, Amazon, Philips, ParkBee and Ebay/Marktplaats, as well as major Dutch companies such as Rabobank, De Nederlandsche Bank and DeGiro.
