AREA DEVELOPMENT

– A new road will run alongside the Duivendrechtsevaart, from the metro station to the inlet harbour.

According to the zoning plan ‘Joan Muyskenweg 19 (koffiefabriek)’, the project has a Mixed-Use designation, which includes the following permitted uses:
– businesses up to and including category B as set out in ‘Appendix 1 – Schedule of Business Activities and Function Mixing List’;
– creative functions as set out in Appendix 2;
