DRS Makelaars heeft ca. 630 m² vvo kantoorruimte verhuurd. De kantoorruimte is gelegen op de 2e verdieping van kantoorgebouw UN Studio Tower aan de Parnassusweg 805B. De ruimte is verhuurd aan de Gemeente Amsterdam voor haar deelneming Verzekeringsbedrijf Groot Amsterdam.

DRS Makelaars adviseerde de vertrekkend huurder. De eigenaar werd geadviseerd door Savills Property Management B.V.

CROSSOVER, next to Terrace Tower and nhow Hotelcontributes to the development of Kop Zuidas into a vibrant and sustainable district. The construction started in February 2021 and delivery of CROSSOVER has been completed half May. DRS Makelaars heeft NSI geadviseerd bij het sluiten van een langjarige huurovereenkomst voor circa 3.850 m² kantoorruimte in HNK Amsterdam Zuidoost gelegen aan de Burgemeester Stramanweg 102. Het betreft een internationale producent van elektrische auto’s. In gebouw Londen wordt het Europese hoofdkantoor gevestigd alsmede de showroom en trainingscentrum.

DRS Makelaars heeft een particuliere belegger geadviseerd bij de aankoop van het kantoor- bedrijfsgebouw aan de Gyroscoopweg 144-146 te Amsterdam. Het gebouw omvat ca. 4.200 m² bedrijfs- en kantoorruimte en 52 parkeerplaatsen op het aangrenzende parkeerterrein. Het gebouw is voor ca. 80% langjarig verhuurd en beschikt over energielabel A.
