You know exactly what to expect from the outset, and your interests are our top priority throughout the entire process.

1.Introduction & assessment

We will discuss your wishes, goals and accommodation requirements.

2.Analysis & advice

We analyse your situation and advise you on the best options.

3.Search & selection

We search for and select venues that meet your requirements.

4.Negotiation & guidance

We guide the negotiations and safeguard your interests.

Introduction & assessment

Every organisation in Haarlem has different accommodation needs. That is why we start with an inventory of your requirements and future plans. Would you like to rent office space in the city centre, buy a business property on the Waarderpolder, or do you need strategic accommodation advice? We clearly map out your objectives, preferred location, space requirements and budget.

Analysis & advice

As a commercial real estate broker in Haarlem, DRS has in-depth knowledge of the local property market. We analyse the available opportunities, market developments and possibilities within your search area, whether that is the historic city centre, the Waarderpolder or Schalkwijk. Based on that, you receive independent, well-founded advice that aligns with your organisation and growth plans.

Search & selection

We then actively search for property in Haarlem that matches your requirements. Thanks to our strong local network and close contacts with owners and developers in the region, we know not only the current supply, but also properties that are not yet publicly on the market. We select only the most suitable options, so you can focus on the locations that truly matter.

Negotiation & guidance

Finding a suitable property in Haarlem is one thing, but securing the right terms is just as important. DRS represents your interests at the negotiating table and advises on rental prices per square metre, the ROZ lease agreement, incentives and commercial arrangements. This puts you in a strong position during the discussions and allows you to make your decision based on carefully substantiated advice.

The benefits of a commercial estate agent

Engaging a commercial real estate broker in Haarlem offers entrepreneurs and property owners several strategic advantages in commercial property transactions.

The main benefits at a glance:

  • Broad network: access to real estate investors, project developers, tenants and owners within the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area and Kennemerland
  • Realistic valuations of office space, business premises and retail units based on comparable reference transactions in Haarlem and the surrounding area
  • Strong negotiating position on purchase price, rental price, incentives and rent-free periods
  • Legal certainty through the correct application of the ROZ lease agreement, ground lease (erfpacht) conditions and VAT regulations

With an NVM- or VBO-affiliated commercial real estate broker in Haarlem such as DRS, every transaction in the property market is well-founded, efficient and in line with the market.

Kantoor DRS

Why choose DRS to sell or let your commercial property?

What sets DRS apart as a commercial real estate broker in Haarlem is that you deal with one fixed point of contact who knows your property, your market and your objectives down to the last detail. No changing contacts, no standard process, no waiting for a reply.

We actively bring your business property to the attention of a pre-selected group of parties: entrepreneurs who are actively searching in Haarlem, investors with a mandate for the Kennemerland region, and developers looking for expansion locations. As a result, we often reach exactly the parties you would miss through the regular channels.

You also get an honest story. If a requested rental price is not achievable in the current Haarlem market, you will hear that from us, with the figures to back it up. If a bid comes in below value, we advise you to continue negotiating. Your return matters more to us than a quick deal.

The result: a sale or letting that not only goes through, but does so on the right terms and with the right party.
